The name comes from the name my roommates gave to my track ‘Night Diving’ which they called Luigi’s Mansion. They saw this track as a continuation of songs that I made which have to do with Mario. Figure gave out stems to his track Must Destroy, and since then so many remixes have rushed in. This particular one by Michael Froh is a 110bpm electro/dub/moomba mix. Michael used this vocal sample that takes me back to earlier electro days, I’m sure if you’ve been around youll recognize it. Download this frankenstein of a track straight from his soundcloud!

Even though this song came out some time ago I realized I have been playing it over and over and over. It is Torro Torro‘s remix of Clockwork‘s latest EP track Squad Up. Torro Torro slowed it down to 108 bpm, significantly slower than the original’s 128 bpm. The original consisted of rising pitches in the drop and I like what Torro Torro did with it by making a progression. Check out the release here on Beatport.
